    Reporting to the VP Professional Services, the Associate Product Consultant works with customers to develop and implement Service Management solutions to support customers’ business requirements. The Associate Product Consultant is primarily focused on the configuration and deployment functions within a project lifecycle, although may be involved in scoping, requirements gathering and system design as required.

    Reporting to the VP Customer Service, the Application Support Analyst provides first and second line support to customers, ensuring fast and concise responses to calls logged on our VMware Service Manager Support system.

  • QA Analyst

    Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Analyst will ensure that Alemba releases high quality software through the completion of efficient and effective testing activity. Working with other members of the QA team, and in close collaboration with the software development team, they will be responsible for the planning, preparation and running of test plans and scripts.
